The Regional Resident Services Manager is responsible for overall supervision and coordination of the Resident Service program for affordable housing.
Coaching, training and support of all Resident Service Coordinators.
Building relationships with community based organizations and local governments.
This is a full time position at 40 hours a week.ResponsibilitiesDirect supervision of a team of 20 Resident Service CoordinatorsConduct Quality Assurance on-site visitsEnsure semi-annual reporting is completed and submitted to HUD timelyBusiness development and department growthCreate and continually monitor Resident Service Coordinator policies, procedures and trainingsGrant management (HUD)Provide guidance and oversight of the Resident Services programImplement and develop robust documentation platformRecruiting new talent using Jobvite ATSConduct annual performance evaluationsActively participate in conferences representing RSC services to industry at largeSubmission of accurate time and payroll records and accounts receivable and payable documentationAnnual budget preparationOther duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesDemonstrated knowledge of supportive services and other resources for the elderly and non-elderly disabled in the areaDemonstrated ability to advocate, organize, problem-solve and provide results for the elderly and disabled populationsDemonstrated ability to use software programs being utilized within Covia affordable housing communities (Yardi Voyager)Education and QualificationsMaster’s Degree (or Master’s Degree in progress) in social work, in gerontology, psychology, counseling or related field or Bachelor’s Degree in social work, in gerontology, or related field and a minimum of 2-years professional experience in human services related area or 5 years professional experience in human services related areaValid Driver’s LicenseUp to 40% business travel (San Francisco Bay Area)Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred
