With our SaaS solutions and our AI and Blockchain R&D program, we prescriptively enable to activate data collected with customers feedbacks and contents for marketing purposes.
We have completed several acquisitions in the past few months and we are currently in the process of integrating teams and solutions to build a group able to serve our clients’s needs and locations.

Skeepers is opening a new office in Germany !
We are looking for a Country Manager to coordinate the existing teams and make them grow.
Missions :
Opening of the entity :

Management of the administrative and physical opening of the entity
Establish social partnerships
Translation of internal documents (internal policies, administrative documents, sales pitch, etc.)

Market development :

Deploy the group strategy on the German market
Develop a portfolio of customers across the country
Be the privileged interface of all C-levels of the group

Management :

Recruit the future talents of the entity
Lead the teams and create the bridge between the parent company and the local entity
Train team members
Instill the corporate culture of the group

Requirements

Minimum 7 years experience in business development
Experience in team management
Knowledge of the German market
Ability to work on all fronts (admin, commercial, human resources,…)
Fluent English
Entrepreneurial profile
