Cosmetic Consultant

This is a Contract position in Lutherville-Timonium, MD posted January 30, 2022.
Our dermatology practice is seeking a cosmetic consultant whom primary responsibilities will consist of the following: making sales and providing general customer service. Additional responsibilities will include educating patients about esthetic products. Candidate will need excellent product knowledge and customer service skills to succeed in a cosmetic consultant career. Helping with procedures and helping with educating other dermatology patients outside of the cosmetic department as well.
Job description: Scheduling appointments, greeting patients, cosmetic sales and skin care product education, checking patients in and out, provide quotes for filler and neurotoxin injections, numb patients prior to procedures, and advise patients on post procedure homecare. The ideal candidate must have the following:
– Must be knowledgeable of cosmetic procedures and products
– 1+ years experience working in a medical office
– Must have excellent phone etiquette, communication, and written skills
– Must be organized and reliable
– Able to work in a fast-paced environment with an unyielding passion to provide excellent patient care and customer service.
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour
