Grade change, slope stability, road access, building pad, etc.
We do this with all types of MSE walls.
Small Block, Panel, Wire Basket, Big Block (Redi-Rock, Stone Strong), reinforced soil slope are all in our toolbox.
We work in Homebuilder, Commercial, DOT markets.Miller Wall Company General Superintendent is responsible to:* Create and manage the ops process and systems: Simplify operations by streamlining the ops process and systems, making ops activities predictable, simple, and repeatable.* Hit operational numbers: Quality, Utilization, Equipment, Safety, and Team* Structure and scale ops: Properly scale operations by hiring, training, developing staff.
Delegating properly by creating the correct positions and staffing with top performers that fit our culture at a pace that matches growth.* Solve short and long term operations issues: Forecast the growth needs of the company and stay ahead of scaling operations by predicting and solving issues that hold back growth.* Implement company purpose and core values into the culture of operationsThis role is part of the leadership team of Miller Wall Company.
The leadership team is responsible to drive the company?s growth and hit the company?s long term objectives.
Accountability, creative problem solving, and a drive to be a part of team and grow a company are a must.Our requirements:* 3 years?
experience leading and managing operations of a construction subcontractor in a 50 person organization* Able to follow and execute HR best practices in hiring, firing, training, and safety.* Be able to follow project budgets, estimates, and comply with project scope* Manage 50 projects a year from contract to close out* Able to prioritize and schedule 50 projects a year* Prepare projects for execution by coordinating with general contractor and other subs* Knowledge of equipment maintenance best practices, how to run a profitable and safe heavy diesel equipment mechanic shop.* Experience with trucking and logistics to mobilize equipment and materials to job sites* Excellent communication to English and Spanish speakersOur Benefits:This position is a major part of our leadership team.
Compensation will be an admirable base salary with upside for earnings based on performance metrics in the company.
