Content Project Manager

Within the Web Experiences Organization, in this role you will report directly to the lead of content moderation ops and influence the direction of scaling moderation operational support for content moderation.

In this role, your goal will be to ensure content ranging from premium publishers to user contributions (UGC) and everything in between, meets our standards.

Responsibilities * Manage projects associated with implementing operational guidelines, and vendor / crowd management for content moderation* In region project management of vendor and crowd moderation to ensure SLA’s and quality bars are met* On Call management of escalations surfaced through high risk content to ensure appropriate support is provided* In region support of implementation of new product/policy launches within vendor and crowd moderation teams* Assumes accountability for reporting out and clearly communicating on status.* Support Vendor & Crowd team to ensure complete understanding and implementation of operational guidelines pertaining to policy* Contributes to the content moderation process by assisting with defining guidelines within specific policy* Regional trend analysis of top moderation issues which are harming user experience Qualifications * 1+ years of experience managing programs pertaining to global content operations.* 1+ years of experience in user contributions content moderation.* 1+ years of experience managing crowd, vendor and/or full-time teams.
