Freshworks is seeking a Content Marketing Manager for our CX suite of products.This marketerwill develop content and execute go-to-market sales plays and sales programs to increase awareness and adoption of our Freshdesk products.
Our ideal candidate is a passionate and experienced B2B marketer with proven success in developing targeted customer experience (CX) content for SMB, mid-market and enterprise businesses.

Develop CX brand narratives that inspire and engage Freshdesk buyers across various industries, verticals, and business roles

Lead research and develop CX positioning and thought leadership content (eBooks, website copy, presentations) that differentiates Freshdesk by understanding customer needs, product roadmap, market trends, and competitive forces

Copy, edit and review content for messaging, style guides, brand consistency and voice; provide education and guidance to ensure high-quality writing by team

Collaborate with Sales to understand & support ongoing enablement, and maximize the impact of messaging
Go-To-Market & Sales Enablement:

Create compelling and useful enablement assets such as playbooks, deal wins, training decks, FAQs, and videos
*
Customer Achievements & Industry Forums (team focus)
*
Harness customer achievements by working with Customer Success and Customer Marketing team and promote these accomplishments in industry forums / awards
*
Institutionalize customer storytelling with our sellers and field teams
