Consulting Engagement Manager

ADAPTOVATE was established in Australia by three ex-BCG Consultants.

Globally we have successfully delivered Agile at Scale transformations for Fortune 100 organizations, individual business units, and start-ups.

We also partner with Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as Agile Business Coaches on BCG cases.

ADAPTOVATE is looking for team members who can help shape how organizations go on the journey to broad adoption of new agile ways of working.

We have multiple roles available across a range of experience levels, from Agile coaching roles to experienced Senior Agile consultants.

Strong candidates will have diverse skill sets that include a cross-section of the following: Excellent stakeholder engagement, people management, and communication skills Experience working in or with Agile teams, or equivalent experience with a strong understanding of Agile principles Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, experience working in a management consulting environment Expertise in coaching and mentoring leaders at all levels in understanding and applying Agile principles Demonstrates depth of understanding of industry trends, business drivers and ability to navigate complex organizational business problems Have strong academics or proven ability to deliver tangible business value Willing to travel domestically to work on client sites You are Fluent in English, with other languages being an added benefit Next steps: If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, please apply.
