This is a Part-time position in Hanover, NH posted October 18, 2021.

We?re looking for a bright, self-motivated Bookkeeper / Household Manager to serve part-time in assisting our family.

Flexibility is appreciated, but expected workload is 10 hours per week, with ability to work remotely for the bulk of that time.

Will require light local travel in the Hanover, NH area, so independent transportation is a must.

ResponsibilitiesThe essential duties of the Bookkeeper / Household Manager include, but are not limited to:Reviewing invoices and related mail to determine whether invoices should be paid, or if they require other action (including any immediate action to avoid late fees or interest charges), and preparing invoices for payment (including using electronic systems to manage payments/tracking whenever possible)Schedule and track repairs and maintenance at multiple propertiesResolving billing issuesMaintaining and reconciling invoice and vendor dataRunning summary financial reports for the family as needed (e.G.

spending on a specific property)Occasionally working with external vendors to set up or close vendor accounts (such as utilities)Coordinating billing address changes, setting up appropriate bills for auto-payment, and tracking changes with vendors to confirm they are processed, and bills are not missedProvide assistance with management and tracking of philanthropic investments and giftingIdentifying options to improve processes with technology (i.E.

suggesting and setting up new apps to organize information and make life easier!)Occasional office support to include, copying, scanning, electronic filing, and preparing documents for mailing Desired Skills and ExperienceStrong knowledge of personal finance tools and proficiency with Microsoft Office productsExperience with Hubdoc and QuickBooks a plusAbility to prioritize work and manage time effectively, with a high level of accuracy, keen attention to detail, and focus on delivering optimal resultsStrong organizational and communication skills, both oral and writtenAbility to spot roadblocks and help mitigate themCandidate must display professionalism and exercise the utmost discretionExperience working with personal finances is a plus, though not required Wage Details:$38-45 per hour, depending on experienceMinimum pay of 10 hours per week
