COMSEC/KMI Technical assistance, COMSEC training, and COMSEC equipment test and evaluation activities. This also includes the CARDS Application training, implementation, and troubleshooting.Analyze and review COMSEC changes to understand impact to systems, user guides, troubleshooting, etc.Troubleshoot calls from the field for KMI, CARDS, and User Application Software (UAS).Coordinate and assist COMSEC Sub Account Managers with ensuring software is maintained in accordance with relevant Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts/Managements (IAVA/Ms).Knowledgeable on electronic in-band and out-of-band key requests.Knowledgeable on functionality and disposition of Tier 3 devices (e.g.) KIK 11, PYQ 10, KIK 30, and CYZ10  .Knowledgeable with HAIPE products  .Knowledgeable with telecom products (e.g.) vIPers, STEs, IRIDIUMs.Knowledgeable on disposition repair/replacement process. ÂBasic Qualifications:Requires 5+ years of experience.Familiarity with COMSEC and Key Management operational deployments.Hands on work on EKMS or KMI programs ÂKMI certificate, DoD 8570 IAT level I (e.g. Security +, Net+, A+, CCNA).Expertise with, COMSEC and Key Management.Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc…). ÂSecurity Clearance Requirements:Applicants MUST HAVE an active TOP SECRET security clearance with eligibility to obtain SCI. Applicants will be required undergo a CI Polygraph.Physical Requirements:Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing/walking/Talking and must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.Travel Requirements: 25%-50%.âConstantly positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet.Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.Must be able to detect, Determine, Perceive, Identify, Recognize, Judge, Observe, Inspect, Estimate, & Assess.The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
