Description du poste : Responsible for planning, developing and implementing all aspects of the Commercial Account Management process.

This field-based position is responsible for travelling to various locations within an assigned territory to negotiate Commercial Account agreements and to ensure consistently high standards of customer relations.

Overall Relationship and Outcome Management: Responsible for the Corporate Customer Relationship and Experience Negotiation of various agreements and follow-up Accountability for Business Outcomes and KPIs Communication and Presentation Skills: Communication andamp; influence skills Negotiation skills Presentation and sales skills Additional Requirements: Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Abide by all Bath Fitter policies and procedures Attend and participate in regular branch and/or regional meetings and training sessions Prioritize work activities, uses time efficiently Professional Dress and/or uniform, neat in appearance, observing rules of good grooming Regular attendance and punctuality are required Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications : Education: College degree in a business-related field 5-7 yeas of experience as a successful Top Performer in Solution Sales, Business Relations and Customer Relations Ability to take accurate measurements using tape measure, level and combination square add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure Available to travel as needed Valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record Ability to obtain a passport Physical Demands The primary physical demands of the Commercial Sales Consultant is medium work.

Occasionally includes medium/heavy work that includes moving objects up to 75 pounds.

Physical Activities The Commercial Sales Consultant position requires the regular performance all the following activities during daily work.

Lifting individual tools, and small parts 0-3 times per day weighing ½ pound-1 pound.

Carrying Wall Sample Bag 1-6 times per day weighing 28pounds for 10-500 feet.

Carrying Presentation Cart 1-3 times per day weighing 25 pounds for 10-500 feet.

Pushing/Pulling presentation carts 1-6 times per day weighing 10 pounds for 50-500 feet.

Standing, walking, bending, twisting, kneeling and squatting occasionally Sitting with client and driving occasionally.

Climbing occasionally 7???-10???

Reaching about shoulder up to 80 ???.

Reaching frequently below shoulder 19???-36???

with deskwork and assisting with other jobs.

Balancing occasionally with walking at residences.

Gripping/Grasping frequently with material handling, keyboarding, writing, and driving.

Other Physical Requirements The Commercial Sales Consultant position requires the following physical requirements: Seeing including near, far, and depth.

Hearing to communicate with co-workers, customers, vendors, and hear announcements.

Talking to communicate with co-workers, customers, and vendors.

Wearing proper PPE including mask, gloves, vest, hard hat and composite shoes when appropriate.
