Commercial Project Manager / Estimator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant clients, or project team members.Ability to understand and interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, sketches, and construction documentation. Prepare quantity take-off from construction documentation provided on projects for metal stud framing/drywall. Create estimates for our trade to provide to general contractors . Experience with on screen take off software is a bonus.ResponsibilitiesSet project timelineUnderstanding of the construction process, means and methodsUpdate relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progressConfer with Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Owners Representatives and/or Sub-Contractors in order to determine the scope of work requiredconsQualificationsConstruction (metal stud framing/ drywall) experience a plus
