Commercial Project Manager

Tech USA is looking for a Commercial Project Manager for a countertop fabricating company in Atlanta.

Duties:
– Oversee and direct project construction
– Experience using AutoCAD
– In charge of project cost
– Staffing
– Scheduling
– Prepare project status reports
– Work to ensure plans adhere to contract specifications
– Lead and directs the work of junior staff and Site Superintendents
– Coordination of civil scope and public utility installation

Requirements:
– needs to have 3+ years of commercial project manager experience in the countertop, millwork, cabinetry, or related industries
– extremely organized
– pay attention to detail
– needs to have great management experience
– AutoCAD, excel, and LEED experience required
– BS Engineering or Construction Management preferred but not mandatory
