Commercial Portfolio Manager

Well Established Commercial Real Estate firm needs your Commercial Office Property or Commercial Retail Property Management experience to handle: Tenant and Vendor Relations, Manage Work Orders, Track Leases, Approve Invoices, Gather Figures for CAM’s / Financials, Work with the Prop’y Accounting Team.

Monday – Friday 8-5pm

$ 65,000 – 70,000 PLUS Generous 1/4-ly Bonus Potential
