Related Industry Experience is also of interest and will be considered- Property Managers, Retail Bankers, Insurance Compliance Specialists, Insurance Wholesalers, and Captive Agents/CSRs.
Qualifications/Experience:
- WA Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Strong and professional communication skills
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Proven Customer Service Skills
- Experience in prompt and courteous customer service
- Excellent follow through from beginning of a task until the task is accomplished
- Solid computer skills
- Prior experience of commercial insurance service work
- Experience with Applied Agency Management System
Responsibilities:
* Manage Commercial Insurance Accounts- including processing renewals, certificates, billing, claims, coverage knowledge, and endorsements.
* Process client payments in a timely manner
* Customer Service – answering client phone calls & customers emails by providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
* Follow up with existing clients
