The Commercial Credit Delivery Center Manager is accountable for managing individuals responsible for managing the client credit relationship including financial statement collection, coordinating post approval due diligence and loan closing, ensuring loan setup is accurate as well as managing all aspects of the credit relationship after loan booking.
Maintains responsibilities for interfacing with business partners to achieve objectives, including leading routines to ensure the loan portfolio remains compliant with all ongoing requirements such as financial statement collection, covenant testing and P&I payments.
Provides coaching and development for a team of Credit Specialists who manage a portfolio covering a wide range of industries for multiple markets.
The Commercial Credit Delivery Center Manager will drive operational excellence via strict adherence to credit policies and procedures and regulatory requirements, ensuring the work has a high standard of quality accurate data integrity and timeliness.
Required Skills: Superior commercial credit experience Client-facing experience Strong organizational skills Effective communicator with the ability to lead and drive change throughout the organization Ability to effectively partner with other business units and various levels of management is critical Proven experience in leadership, decision making, coaching, partnering, and workflow management is essential BA/BS degree or comparable work experience required; Finance, Accounting or Economics majors desired Six Sigma Certified – Green belt or Black belt preferred
