For more information, visitwww.Clubpilates.ComPOSITION:The General Manager will oversee all studio functionality from sales to studio operations.The ideal Manager will ensure that our members receive the highest quality of service and experience in our studio.
He/she will be responsible for achieving established financial targets for the club by motivating, leading, supervising and coordinating a team of sales associates and Instructors servicing our Members.
He/she will understand the company policies and ensure the integrity of the Club Pilates Brand and will work closely with the owner to drive the success of Club Pilates.RESOPNSIBILIETIES:Sales/Revenue Management:
·Implement and support company programs and promotions to help generate new sales leads to drive membership growth
·Lead generation including Local Grass Roots Marketing and Networking
·Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Demo class
·Ensure ongoing prospecting and generation of new prospective membersTeam Leadership / Scheduling
·Manage staff schedule
·Hire, Lead, motivate and manage Instructors
·Hire and lead Sales Representatives/Front Desk Staff
·Achieve desired revenue goals by driving memberships, private classes and teacher training
·Ensure Instructors follow proper Club Pilates procedures and training methods
·Review instructor evaluations performed by Master TrainersMarketing:
·Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
·Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
·Manage Studio Social Media accounts and develop locally relevant content
·Manage email campaignsAdministration/Organization:
·Demonstrate working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the Club
·Communicate, implement, and enforce Club policies and procedures to employees
·Recruit and hire the highest possible caliber of staffOperations:
·Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
·Proficiency in Club Ready, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
·Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
·Collect out-standing dues
·Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio
·Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
·Any other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS:
·3+ years of retail/service sales / Hospitality or fitness sales experience.
·Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales
·Prior leadership experience is a plus
·High level of customer service mentality
·Ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
·Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email
·Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
·Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement.
·An affinity and passion for fitness.
·Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
·Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.
·Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
·Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.
·Proficiency with computers and Studio software.
·This is a full-time position.
Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability.
