Client Relationship Manager (Remote Opportunity)

Pyramid Consulting is seeking a self-starting Client Relationship Manager.

This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day client relationship management.

A key objective of the role is to ensure high quality service and end customer satisfaction.

Pyramid is rapidly growing and seeking to add a valued member to our sales team to serve as the face to our organization.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Client Relationship Management and attainment of staffing deliverables.
Proactively identify new opportunities
Communicate client job orders & identify qualified candidates in collaboration with team members
Present candidates, schedule candidate interviews and close billable contracts with clients
Establish and cultivate relationships with consultants currently working on client projects
Travel to remote client sites to build relationships with client managers
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project deliverables (as needed)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of two years of experience in staffing industry recruiting and experience in account management/recruiting or delivery,
Strong understanding of staffing and industry practices.
Understanding of recruiting and reporting standards.
Computer proficiency, specifically MS Office Suite and ideally a range of Applicant Tracking Systems and VMS tools.
Track record of success in identifying and qualifying talent for accounts.
Ability to analyze data and develop sound recommendations and solutions.
Excellent planning and organizing skills.
Strong customer and results orientation.

COMPENSATION: Annual overall compensation will be in line with industry norms and will include an excellent benefits package.
