Client Care Manager

Lighthouse Residential LLC

This is a Contract position in Rutherford, NJ posted January 30, 2022.

The right candidate will be outgoing, organized, goal-driven, and results-oriented. We are looking for an organized, full-time listing coordinator to join our real estate sales team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of seller transactions, preparing listing information, and keeping all clients updated. Compensation:

$50,000 + commission earned on referrals

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all listing information such as property photos, pre-listing presentations, and MLS market research for comparable properties
  • Allow real estate agents to sell more homes by managing listings for sellers, from initial contact to executed purchase agreement
  • Present progress reports to the real estate team that include all sales activity in the client database and how the data relates to company goals
  • Advise sellers on price reductions and handle contract negotiations
  • Supervise all parts of seller and buyer transactions, from first contact to the closing, allowing real estate agents to sell more homes
  • Provide clients with weekly updates on their listing or transaction
  • Know and recommend preferred vendors to clients
  • Coordinate keys, lockboxes, signage, inspections, etc
  • Keeping the entire team updated on the progress of all contracts and advising team members when they need to become involved in negotiations or problem resolution
  • Effective communication with clients to ensure that fiduciary service is delivered at all times
  • Generate repeat and referral business through great customer service
  • Return all client inquiries in an enthusiastic and timely manner
  • Anticipate and resolve any client issues as soon as possible

Qualifications:

  • Capable of communicating effectively in both writing and in person
  • Easily navigates basic computer programs and can create clear spreadsheets using Excel
  • Thrives on providing excellent customer service
  • Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages is preferred
  • Currently has or is pursuing a real estate license
  • Be willing to obtain a New Jersey Real Estate License in the near future
  • This is an in-person position
