This position is responsible for the supervision of employees, as well as understanding the sensitivity of handling customer’s vehicles with safety, while still creating a long lasting first impression resulting in a positive guest experience, every time!!*MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE*Shifts:Full TimeMonday-Friday (weekends if needed)General Specific Responsibilities:Perform duties as requested by managementCreate an inspiring team environment with open communication.Delegate tasksOversee day-to-day operationsMonitor team performance and report to managersMotivate team membersDiscover training needs and provide coachingListen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issuesEnsure that the proper PPE procedures (wearing a face mask/shield, gloves) are followedMake sure that all services are provided in a friendly, courteous, professional, and timely mannerEnsure that all employees, patients, and visitors are screened properlyEstablish good relationships with hospital personnelWork as a team in cooperation with others, displaying a willingness to be helpful at all timesConduct disciplinary measuresEnsure timesheet records are accurateAssist with schedule developmentConduct interviews with potential personnelMake sure valets and screeners are following procedures and assist with screening if neededSupervise lot attendants and assist with patrolling if neededSkills Required:Good organizational skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent leadership skillsExcellent time-management skillsDecision-making skillsCustomer focused with the ability to critically think and react to complicated, or escalated situationsEducation and Experience Required:High school diploma or equivalentMust be at least 18 years oldPrevious supervisor experience preferredAbility to drive a manual transmission preferredScheduling experienceCustomer service experienceSkilled using email and smartphone appsCompensation and Benefits:$14 per hour plus tips!Monthly Bonus Opportunities4% 401K Match after 90 days of employmentHealth/Vision/Dental Insurance available for employees after working 1 year of FT hoursPotential growth opportunityWeekly Pay
