Circle Storage at Amelia: Self Storage Rental Consultant

Circle Storage is seeking a full time Rental Consultant for our Amelia location.

Candidates should have prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.

This position requires close attention to detail, basic math and computer skills and a positive/energetic personality.

The ability to be a self-starter, work independently and be accountable to management is a must.Duties include:Lease storage units to customersConvey features of the storage facility to the customerDirect customer toward correct size of storage unitCorrectly execute all leasing documentsLearn computer software, complete general accounting tasks, and produce daily management reportsMaintain office files and order all office suppliesKeep property and office clean and organizedPerform light maintenance around storage facilityPerform collection calls, prepare for auctions and prepare competition reportsRequirements:Must have valid Driver’s license and reliable transportationExcellent customer service skillsAbility to lift up to 40 poundsMust be able to walk long distancesHigh School Diploma or equivalentBasic math and computer skillsFull time employees receive a benefit package which includes: paid vacation time; non-vacation PTO; paid holidays; medical, dental, visionand life insurance; and 401(k) plan with company match.This position is located in the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio area and does not have a relocation package.Interested?
