Description:Dynamic, global growth manufacturer has an immediate need for a Director of Sales based in the Atlanta, GA area We are a global solutions provider offering a wide range of integrated solutions for heating & cooling systems including system design and engineering, project management, installation and post-sale services.

Our main competitive strengths include: focus on research and development, ability to innovate in terms of both products and processes, and the use of advanced proprietary technologies.This position’s primary responsibility is training & developing the staff into a strong professional sales team.
You will lead, train, and manage a team of technical professionals & sales professionals responsible for driving double digit sales growth The staff is located in various location in the US and in South America.This position will focus on the needs of the Customer in developing new solutions and focuses on major domestic & international projects for companies (industrial products, B to B sales).
Over 75% of the current revenue is from the US.
You will be responsible for managing your sales team that is charged with selling, directing, analyzing, and evaluating Customer’s needs for sales growth.Essential Functions: Developing a strong team by evaluating, training, and coaching them to drive results through the selling process.
Establishing a performance culture with clear sets of responsibility, accountability, and ownership for performance in assigned region.
Establishing a clear line of sight for sales growth in the America’s Strategic Plan ( for North, and South America.
Generating and qualifying new business opportunities.
Represent company at industry events.Requirements:1.
BS degree is required…An MBA or a Master’s degree would be a plus.2.
You should have 5 years of relevant sales experience with 3 years of Sales Management experience.3.
You should be a Change Agent Leader A catalyst and driver of change for a performance-driven organization.4.
A key skill would be the ability to coach and advise with assertiveness and decisiveness.5.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written.6.
You should have a high level of knowledge with business financials, budgets, reports, strategic plans, etc7.
Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness, the ability to plan and manage a global based team of engineers and sales professionals.8.
Tenacious in building new business, securing customer loyalty and forging strong relationships with business partners.9.
Ability to travel domestically & internationally.This is a dynamic, global, strong growth company ….The compensation package for this role is a base salary range of $110-135k a strong annual bonus plan.
