– AssociateThe North America Equities Operations Transformation team is looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to join our team.

As a project manager and business analyst, you will be responsible to leverage tools and techniques to execute complex projects and drive the strategic change agenda for the Global Equities business.The Equities Operations Transformation Team primarily focuses on:+ Strategic system implementation / re-engineering+ New product and market expansion+ Efficiency and controls agenda+ Business process improvements across Operations, Front Office & Technology+ Client delivery & strategy+ Regulatory changeYour Responsibilities+ Work closely with Operations, Front Office and Business Managers to understand their needs and priorities.+ Develop relationships with program stakeholders across Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, Technology, Compliance and Legal+ Coordinate and collaborate across business and technology functions to ensure comprehensive solutions are delivered.+ Project scoping and definition, issue logging and implementing solutions, reporting and execution.+ Perform root cause analysis and data to substantiate problems and prioritize user demands+ Scope, elicit, analyse and document business requirements using a variety of techniques and tools.+ Keep your stakeholders and project teams engaged & motivated.+ Ownership and delivery of your portfolio of initiatives.Our Requirements+ Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in Markets and/or Financial industry.+ Knowledge of Securities and Derivatives financial trading products+ Preferred experience in Cash Securities and Prime Brokerage businesses.+ Excellent project management skills & a track record in delivering complex projects on behalf of Front Office / Operations / Technology.+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including senior executives, managers, and subject matter experts.+ Ability to analyze and document complex current and future state processes using BPM tools+ Excellent problem solving skills to identify, understand and address operational and technical issues.+ Experience with data analytics; using analytics tools to evaluate large volumes of data and use it to make decisions.+ Experience in planning and executing UAT.+ Good understanding of trade processes and flows.+ A self-motivated individual who can operate effectively in a team environment.JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
