Indeed, creating an ownership culture has become more and more important to our clients and in response to this demand, we are adding change management capabilities and are hiring experienced change management staff. Our consulting approach is built on decades of experience working with investors and companies at all stages of growth at Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, Houlihan Lokey, Lehman Brothers, EY, Stern Stewart and Marakon.
Responsibilities
The change management consultant will work closely with the our clients and the rest of our engagement team to drive successful implementation of our recommendations. This position is best suited to those with 3- 5 years of prior relevant change management experience and involves project management, business process improvement, and organizational change management. The Change Management consultant will help develop and deliver change management programs, including impact analysis, stakeholder management, communications, and training. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our client change initiatives meet key objectives by increasing management and employee adoption and proficiency with our management framework, improving their behaviors toward acting more like an owner and generally helping create the sought after ownership culture. To achieve this, the candidate will focus on the people side of change, including business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organization structures.
Requirements
3-6 years of solid relevant change management experience within a consulting firm or organization Undergraduate degree with track-record of promotion, or advanced degree (masters or PhD) Track record of applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with a preference for experience in finance or business-management process related change Experience developing readiness programs, communications, training or stakeholder engagement Familiarity with change management and project management and software tools Ability to create compelling communication materials with a cohesive framework Experience providing thoughtful, structured recommendations to finance or strategy teams Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and levels within an organization Strong project management skills, detail-orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting project deadlines to achieve agreed upon deliverables Familiarity with basic corporate finance concepts Optional: Prosci change management certification or designation Optional: Change Management Professional™ (CCMP™) certification
