Oversee all enrollment functions on a daily basis to ensure that all efforts are parallel with our contract requirements.Collaborate with internal operations teams, including corporate operations to identify efficient solutions to meet business needs related to enrollment and facilitate continued process improvements.Support the design and testing of new configuration code for new product implementation to include business rules and state contract compliance.Develop, implement, and manage file interchanges with external vendors.Responsible for all enrollment encounter data to ensure accurate submissions to the state.Oversee all tort recovery, subrogation, and reconciliation processes.Our Comprehensive Benefits Package:Flexible work solutions including remote options, hybrid work schedules and dress flexibilityCompetitive payPaid Time Off including paid holidaysHealth insurance coverage for you and dependents401(k) and stock purchase plansTuition reimbursement and best-in-class training and developmentEducation/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
