SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a Catering Manager for a large private boarding/day school south of Boston (02186) .
This AFSD will manage all catering events on the campus from small meetings to parents’ weekends and graduation as well as oversee a campus weekday retail snack shop.
The AFSD also aids the General Manager will general location management when needed for this food service operation.

What you’ll do:
Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills and develop client relationships.
Assist in general location management as part of the SAGE management team.
Assist in ordering and inventory management, scheduling, catering and production, as needed.
Communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively.
Implement and maintain HACCP standards.
Participate in the interviewing, hiring, training, and ongoing mentoring of the team.
Lead by example.
Manage a weekday snack bar.
What you’ll need:
Culinary degree preferred, but not required.
Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Fluency in sanitation and safety standards.
Dynamic get-it-done work ethic.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to plan and organize with proficiency.
