Product Manager Responsibilities Communicate product requirements and priorities to the Development Team.

Create user stories in Jira and document product requirements in Confluence.

Coordinate with Development and QA leads to plan and manage sprint and release cycles.

Work with the UX and Design team to coordinate on user research, prototype testing, and designs for new products and features.

Manage the product backlog to ensure priorities for the team are clear and the team are defining requirements for upcoming sprints.

Collaborate with stakeholders and dependent teams to define requirements for upcoming features and uncover dependencies.

Continually look for ways to improve both the process and quality of the Scrum team, as well as the product.

Requirements 2 years of experience as Product Manager working with digital products.

Agile experience.

Ability to write user stories that clearly communicate product requirements to a development team.

Ability to evaluate and prioritize sprint goals against the larger objectives of the business.

Outcome-driven, experience utilizing data to form hypotheses and deliver solutions using an iterative approach.

Ability to think holistically about the customer journey, from Web to call centers to our community partners and beyond.

This is a Direct Hire opportunity with our Overland Park, KS client.
