In this role you will drive occupancy and revenue growth across the Anthology Senior Living portfolio, which consists of independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities in major markets across the country.
As the Sales and Marketing leader you will direct the team to enhance our employer brand, coach our Regional Leadership Team, and develop both global and community-specific strategies to energetically tell the Anthology story.
Your MissionExecute on appropriate, measurable goals related to lead generation, cost per lead, and closing ratios.Oversee the brand governance.Drive the relationship with our full-service marketing agency.
Develop the skillset of the sales team through on-going education and coaching by implementing a uniformed training program.Create the overarching programming for the sales department.Set the strategy on marketing spend and channel breakdown.Determine companywide promotions.Collaborate with and support Human Resources with regards to employment branding and internal communication that champions the Anthology culture and story.Train and coach the regional Directors of Sales and Marketing.Work with Directors of Sales and Marketing and Executive Directors on career development and laddering.Set the vision and tone for the sales platform through collaboration and communication with the larger teams.Provide a feedback loop to Asset Management, Operations, and Agency to constantly tweak and improve the market tactics and strategies.Understand the competitive set, potential challenges in our markets, and financial goals for each community.Build a library of program materials to assist in sales and marketing efforts.Oversee the social media strategy.Cultivate the external business development strategies across the portfolio.Responsible to work with various department heads to development and maintain sales collateral.Responsible for overseeing the functionality of the CRM and other sales systems including call tracking, etc.Responsible for leading the vision and direction of the website in partnership with the agency.Responsible for leading the lead nurturing protocol.Responsible for the oversight and creation of the event calendar at the communities.Assisted Acquisitions in review of new development and existing property targets.Stay informed of all trends, developments, and concepts within our industry.Attend appropriate networking functions.
