That’s why we are looking for a hands-on Business Process Project Manager to join our Implementation team, supporting our key customers: Shippers.

This includes Fortune 500 organizations as well as mid-market organizations that rely on our technology and services to get goods to their customers and consumers.

In this role, you’ll play an integral part in further developing and enhancing the Shipper (Customer) process.

All aspects of your work will involve cross-functional project management and collaboration, where you’ll lead meetings focused on customer health and growth, and develop advanced processes, workflows and reporting to enable our employees to more quickly and deeply engage with customers, suppliers, and across internal teams.You are a hands-on leader who is adept in business processes, can easily apply your expertise through solid project management and gain alignment with stakeholders.
