The Third Party Commercialization team is seeking a highly organized Business Operations person to coordinate all consumer products initiatives across the globe. This position will work with Marvels commercialization and franchise marketing team to develop regional and market-level plans, and ensure they are executed flawlessly across the globe.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage global brand and consumer products strategy to develop regional and market-level plans for Marvels Consumer Products business
- Set up processes to ensure all global and cross-regional communications are proactively shared with Marvels regional commercialization leaders, as well as cross functional and cross-divisional partners in the local markets
- Work with cross-divisional and cross-functional teams to ensure global programs are replicated (with local adjustments) at the local level
- Manage recap decks that showcase regional and local implementations, with a focus on hyper localized initiatives
- Lead monthly calls with each market, circulate notes and ensure follow-up with appropriate internal partners
- Oversee local marketing and retail spend, and report on the impact to Marvels consumer products business each quarter
- Develop system to track new business financial and forecast trending on a quarterly basis
- Handle daily communication with the international markets to ensure they are up to date on all available materials on Box and get answers to any questions
- Build relationships with Marvel Commercializations cross-functional and cross-divisional partners globally to understand and meet their needs
- Travel domestically to key meetings with global scope (e.g. Hasbro Business Review, Licensing Show)
- Works closely with global Marvel YouTube, Digital and Social teams to coordinate efforts related to content development, budgets and local market needs.

- Flexibility, resourcefulness and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing and growing environment
- Comfortable working through a matrix structure to deliver the end solution
- Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects and execute quickly while maintaining set list of priorities and focus
Required Education
- Bachelors degree
- 5+ years professional experience required, preferably in project and/or brand management roles with global mindset, working in a world-class organization
