On a day-to-day basis in this role, you will get to:Strategize and ideate to advance our companys values, unique culture, and vision for the future in a cool home technology environment.

Build the Wired Technology market share by developing and closing business relationships in the Orlando metro market.

Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential clients.

People call us everyday!

Partner with our marketing and engineering departments to execute our sales strategy and act as a client advocate and technical/business liaison between internal teams and external clients.

Analyze cross-selling and up-selling opportunities ensuring that all company products and services have been thoroughly presented and the sales cycle successfully executed.

Collaborate with our engineers to develop proposals that are complete, accurate and profitable and a subsequent smooth installation.

Develop and execute quarterly sales plans to expand existing client base and generate new business to meet or exceed monthly quota.

Establish professional relationships with leading manufacturers and enhance the WIRED reputation as the place to go to grow your business.

Represent WIRED at networking functions ( we love sporting events and luxury car shows) Participate in some very cool technology training and updated systems in the marketplace.

Enhance your career and personal skill sets with professional development activities.

Utilize a CRM tool daily to create sales pipeline visibility, for sales activities, scheduling, and opportunity analysis.

We are looking for people who:Love meeting successful people and finding a way to provide additional value to their lives and their homes.

Have exceptional consultative person-to-person selling skills, closing skills and LISTENS to the client(s).

Are top producers!

Have the initiative to find the resources needed to be successful in this role.

Have a sharp focus on their goals and a belief that their daily, weekly, and monthly activities will achieve them.

Some knowledge of AV technical equipment preferred.

Understanding of CRM tool implementation/use.

What we offer:Base pay and lucrative commission plan with no cap.

First year OTE range $80-$120K.

Position Requirements:Bachelors degree is preferred.

Three to five years of direct selling.

A track record of success and able to validate it!

Experience with selling to higher income individuals and general contractors a plus.
