New You Health and Wellness is a cash based healthcare practice looking for a business manager to join our innovative team. We believe in providing exceptional patient care in a system free from the limitations of health insurance. Currently we offer physical therapy services to include musculoskeletal rehab, pelvic health programs, and treatment for sexual dysfunction such as painful intercourse and ED. We also have an experienced functional medicine provider who works with patients to optimize hormone balance, gut health, improve fertility, sexual performance and more. Our plan is to expand our services in the next 12 months. Our goal is to elevate our patients to their highest level of health and function, educate patients about their overall health and develop programs that will allow patients to motivate themselves in create and live a healthy lifestyle free from unnecessary pain and discomfort.

As our business manager you will develop successful systems related to sales and marketing and build off the foundation we have started. You would be responsible for business development and report directly to the owner. If playing an active role in creating a successful model which can be duplicated across the state and country is interesting to you then New You just may be your new home.

• Pay starting at 30.00/hour depending on experience

• Part-time status and depending on how well the company does based on your efforts this position will grow into a full time position with bonuses.

Qualifications should include:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing and/or sales in any field required

• Healthcare experience optional; social media experience a bonus

• Must be detail oriented with big picture thinking
