We are looking for a Business Development manager to join our team to help facilitate industry partnerships.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing integrations across cryptocurrency and decentralized finance platforms.
(Examples include software wallets, protocols, token networks, decentralized apps, and asset exchanges.) You will conduct industry research and analysis to help identify the most impactful partnerships, grant candidates, and product priorities.
You will often lead integrations projects independently in their entirety.
This is a cross-functional role, with emphasis on marketing, business development, and engineering/product.
Previous experience with cryptographic and/or decentralized networks (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum) is not required.
This is a non-technical role, but will require the ability to learn general technical and economic concepts quickly.

Researching and analyzing partnership and integration opportunities Developing implementation strategies and facilitating community outreach Regularly leading initiatives from start to finish Managing ongoing partnerships and supporting ecosystem growth/success
Flexa’s team is currently small, but is highly efficient as a team, and is growing quickly.

Requirements
1-2 years direct experience working in a project-oriented environment Proficiency with presentation (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote) and analysis (Excel, Numbers) software Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work with a small team
