Business Development Director

Heritage Assisted Living seeks a business development liaison to represent three communities, two in Missouri and one in Kansas, to generate leads and translate them into sales.

The right candidate will be a resource to families seeking senior living solutions and understand the importance of building trusted relationships with our prospects.

 
Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for the development of new business referrals for our three communities
• Assist referral sources in order to make the referral process easy
• Tour potential residents and family members
• Meet with existing and new referral sources to develop referrals
• Meet with families and residents to sign admission contracts and orientate resident 
• Work with Executive Directors to make admission go smoothly 
• Make weekly posts on our social media pages 

Requirements:

• Marketing background in healthcare preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organization skills to facilitate timely follow-ups
• Demonstrates ability to be flexible in work schedule
• Maintains a culture of positivity when representing the facilities
• Maintains a record of every referral for proper follow-up
