Business Development Director

This is a Full-time position in Washington, DC posted August 3, 2021.

HH Global is currently hiring a Business Development Director.

This person will be an individual contributor who will drive revenue by both pursuing new business and cultivating existing clients assigned to them by the company.

We are looking for a top-performing business development professional who is commercially savvy and has experience of building long-lasting trusted relationships with clients.

This role will be a fully commissioned based with no cap on total commission.

RESPONSIBILITIES Drive new and significant revenue growth by creating strategic and tactical plans to uncover and close new business opportunities for the company Identify, build, and manage relationships with key stakeholders in order to create selling opportunities with new and existing clients Develop and maintain an expert-level knowledge of HH Global’s strategic solutions and market differentiators in order to deliver products, services, and value to clients Work cross-functionally to identify, implement, and execute company solutions that can add value for new and existing clients Stay current on industry trends affecting existing and prospective clients in order to provide strategic insight to their business Serve as the main point of contact and strategic partner for the client during the sales and onboarding process, maintaining high levels of service and ensuring client expectations are met Plan and coordinate the penetration of new markets and opportunities REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 5, ideally 10 years of professional experience in a revenue target-driven role, leading client relationships, and driving new business.

Industry experience preferred Proven track record of negotiating and closing sales Demonstrated history of building relationships and networks with key stakeholders at organizations Strong analytical and project management skills Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present to mixed audiences and varied levels Ability to travel domestically for client meetings and industry events
