territories through the AAA, Meemic and Fremont brands.

ACG belongs to the national AAA federation and is the second largest AAA club in North America.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Responsibilities include:Managing ACG’s Enterprise Business Continuity (BC) Program Enhancing the company’s Business Continuity (BC) program, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and providing adequate coverage to the organization.Developing policies and procedures that provide consistent and strategic BC direction and oversight for varied programs, and can be audited broadly for compliance.Developing training related to BC planning, and training BC coordinators to act as liaisons supporting their respective business groups.Providing expert consultative guidance to leadership and the business on BC matters.Serving as escalation point for BC related matters not resolved by the BC liaison or BC coordinator.Providing regular reporting on the status of the BC program to leadership.Conducting Business Continuity planning, assessment, analysis, reporting, testing, and follow-up for enterprise stakeholders.Creating and implementing an enhanced critical vendor BC review process.Enhancing BC/DR programs assuring that key business operations can be conducted and resumed in face of or following interruptive events.Enhancing BC/DR processes and programs that identify and mitigate likely threats or risks to key business operations and resources (people, property, and systems), as well as key internal and external dependencies.Developing collaborative BC/DR strategies, plans and exercises that continually improve the resiliency of the enterprise.Working with BC/DR vendors and leverages third-party resiliency services to augment internal capacities where appropriate.Supervisory Responsibilities:Supervises one direct report (Business Continuity Coordinator), and works in a matrixed relationship with stakeholders in the BC program (e.g.

IT/Disaster Recovery, Corporate Insurance, Security, Supplier Risk Management/Procurement, Emergency management, BC plan owners and liaisons across the company), as well as any outside resources needed to implement and maintain the program.Preferred Qualifications:BC/DR certification such as Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP)Certifications in the areas of Information Security/SystemsUnderstanding of crisis operations, risk management and crisis communication.Advanced degree in business, information security or related master level degreeExperience in banking/insurance/financial servicesSharepoint and Catalyst knowledge helpful.Work Environment:Works in a temperature-controlled office environment.Qualifications:Required Qualifications:Education:Four-year college degree such as a Business, Information Technology or other equivalent relevant degreeExperience:Five or more years leading and implementing business continuity / disaster recovery programsFive or more years of experience working cross functionally across a medium to large size organizationTwo or more years of project management experienceKnowledge and Skills:Solid understanding of business continuity program elements and requirements and standards including ISO 22310 and FFEIC.Experience with recovery gap assessments, development of short-term and long-term disaster recovery strategies on a broad-scale (enterprise, multi-business unit or regional), requirements analysis (BIA/RA), policies, frameworks/templates, testing (simulation and tabletop BC/DR), training, and reporting/compliance.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage tactical (daily) operations and participate in development of strategic program plans.Development and leadership of high impact projects and programs.Demonstrated ability to formulate strategies, alternatives and recommendations.Results-oriented person with strong delivery focus who can work independently and collaboratively.Demonstrated ability to lead projects to completion through effective communication and relationship building.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Job DetailsN/AContact Person Details Dilpreet Singh dilpreetaskitc.com
