This candidate will support a team with strategic human resources and career development projects for a major Intelligence Community client at Bolling Air Force Base in Washington, DC. Key Responsibilities:
• Support the execution of existing recruiting, screening, and staffing strategies for the Analytic workforce.
• Create processes and procedures to improve the operation of each Division in execution of their core mission.
• Develop recruitment, staffing, and training metrics to assess Division performance against goals.
• Develop and execute communication strategies to communicate process changes and engage key stakeholders.
• Provide data to respond to senior level inquiries about workforce status, vacancies, and fill rates.
• Ensure high quality of all various work products and deliverables. Position Qualifications: • Experience supporting administrative, operational, or human resource programs
• Proficiency with online administrative tracking programs and Microsoft office, specifically excel
• 2-3 years of general consulting or training experience
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Customer oriented, positive and can-do attitude
• High level of professionalism and business acumen
• Ability to work in a team-based environment with internal and external partners
• Active TS/SCI clearance Highly Desired Skills:
• Experience working in the Intelligence Community or Department of Defense
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications or a related field
