Business Analyst / Associate Project Manager

EPMA is looking for a talented, customer-oriented Business Analyst / Associate Project Manager to join the EPMA consulting team.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical and interpersonal skills, as well as a high level of communication.

The BA / APM will be joining an EPMA consulting team working on an Agile transformation engagement for a global IT client.

Exposure to a combination of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies and softwares is desirable.

The successful candidate will have demonstratable ability for creative problem solving and excellent communication skills for working in a heavily remote environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and review business, technical, and functional requirements
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to test and implement
• Partner with development team to invent and assess product requirements to meet business goals
• Understanding of both Agile and Waterfall project and product lifecycles
• Develop detailed user stories and profiles
• Aid in creating customer-focused documentation for software solutions, and well as project and product workflows, processes and procedures
• Work with designers on wire-frames, interactions, and user flows
• Produce creative and accessible solutions for new product requirements
• Handle multiple tasks on daily basis
• Understand, analyze, and document client technical specifications and business requirements
• Work individually and as a part of a team to develop solutions that achieve various milestones for each client project
• Participate in the development and delivery of solutions that directly impacts day to day activities of our clients
• Pick up knowledge of tools required to complete the task successfully

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 2 years’ experience in a Business Analyst / Associate Project Manager or equivalent role within an IT organization
• Experience with Functional requirements gathering and development
• Experience with Business and Process Mapping
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodology for project and work management
• Work with Microsoft PPM solutions and Azure DevOps or JIRA is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
