We are excited to create the position of Store Manager for Sherry?s Soda Shoppe, in anticipation of the Grand Reopening of our 5 Points location, and the unveiling of our Boulder location this summer.

Our MISSION is to share our passion for ice cream, sweets, and old fashioned dessert cocktails, with a focus on high-quality ingredients and personalized customer service via our team of dedicated culinary and hospitality professionals..Job Responsibilities:* Serve customers with a friendly customer service* Prepare and serve all menu items in a clean and timely manner* Communicate clearly and effectively with team and manager* Follow all operational procedures including cash handling and safety* Bake and build ice cream sandwiches in accordance to pars* Rotate all products according to freshness standards and FIFO* Maintain accurate inventory of ingredients* Placing orders and maintaining pars* Observe and coach all staff* Communicate all personnel issues to manager in a timely manner* Train and develop scoopers and peers* Handle customer concerns and complaints* Handle opening and closing daily operations including cash handling and deposit reconciliation* Have flexible availability including nights and weekends* Have a passion for ice cream and sweet treats!* Make Ice Cream, experience preferredRequirements:* Communicate clearly and effectively with team* Follow all operational procedures including cash handling and safety* Ice Cream Making experience is preferredWe are an equal opportunity employer.
