Must possess the ability to maintain personal sales goals (daily, weekly and monthly) Ideal candidates must have an energetic attitude and bubbly personality.

Must also have flexible schedules to work weekends and Holidays.

In addition, possess exceptional customer focused sales skills and a passion for working with customers to ensure their perfect bridal experience.

Duties and responsibilities include: Provide exceptional customer service to all Winnie brides and represent the brand in a professional and consultative manner Consistently achieve individual and store sales goals (daily, weekly, monthly) Conduct daily customer calls to continue to develop rapport with prospective brides Build relationships with brides via consistent communication throughout the entire life of the event Participate and assist with organizing in-store events, bridal shows and promotions Follow up with brides to ensure satisfaction Must be able to create consistent, meaningful content for all Winnie Couture social media platforms Provide weekly shareable videos or images that could be used for all Winnie Couture social media platforms Position offers Hourly Plus Commission on personal sales At Winnie Couture, we like to have fun while we work hard in a collaborative culture.
