Branch Operations Manager

This is a Contract position in Vista, CA posted March 8, 2022.

About the Role: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Supervise the delivery of services to customers through new account representatives, vault teller and tellersAchieve organizational sales goals and expectationsEnsure the branch is in compliance with all regulations, with primary responsibility for identifying and communicating deposit related compliance requirementsMonitor product delivery quality and take action to resolve problemsAssist with customer problems, complaints, and the ability to identify optional bank products and servicesAssist customers with special needs or requestsSchedule and monitor the work of all associates to optimize the efficiency in the branchProvide training and mentoring opportunities for associates to meet optimal performance standardsEvaluate, review, and recommend to management salary adjustments or disciplinary action About You: QUALIFICATIONS:Two to five years of similar or related experienceFormal new accounts, teller, and operations training is requiredTwo year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or equivalent experience preferredPHYSICAL DEMANDS:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.

Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation.Specific vision abilities required by this job include: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation/inspection of machines and/or using measurement devices at distances close to the eyes.
