Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, agricultural business or equivalent education/work experience.2.
A minimum of seven to ten years previous lending experience to include analyzing credit requests, collateral analysis, obtaining and monitoring government guarantees, budget monitoring, proper structuring and pricing of loans and collections.

Previous supervisory experience.4.
Proven aggressive history of solid business development and strong sales abilities.
Strong desire to increase Stockman Bank market-share by developing networks and contacts, community involvement and participation and diligent work ethic.5.
Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Access.6.
Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.7.

– Gallatin Valley, responsible for the supervision of all phases of operations, planning and development for the Manhattan office.Position Specific Responsibilities, Duties and CompetenciesBank Administration:Under the direction of the Market President Gallatin Valley:a.
Implement policies and procedures as established by the Board of Directors of Stockman Financial Corporation Senior Management.b.
Planning and development in all areas of the Bank.c.
Pricing supervision and expense controls.
Establish goals, budgeting and monitoring of the bank performance.d.
Ensure that procedures are in place for compliance with laws and regulations.e.
Coordinate the implementation of policy decisions from Stockman Financial Corporation.Credit Administration:a.
Senior Credit Officer for the branch office.
Responsible for the supervision of the lending function and the credit quality of the Bank’s loan portfolio.b.
Monitor lending areas in maintaining compliance with all Bank policies and federal laws and regulations.c.
Process loan requests and complete file documentation requirements in accordance with Bank loan policy, debt service analysis, application and financial statement analysis, complete loan perfections, inspections/calls, etc.d.
Service loan portfolio and monitor for compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.Personnel Administration:a.
Direct supervision of designated officers and performance evaluations.b.
Responsible for overall personnel administration, ensuring that practices and procedures are complimentary to the maintenance of employee morale, efficiency and development.New Business Development/ Marketing/Public Relations:a.
Implement policy and procedures in the Bank’s business development program.b.
Direct involvement with major Bank customers and other business development areas, as needed.c.
Representative in community activities and organizations as appropriate.d.
Work with the Market President Gallatin Valley and Marketing Department on various marketing campaigns, sponsorships, programs and advertising for the areae.
Promote the improvement of Stockman Bank through quality customer service, promotion of products, professionalism in conduct and diligent work ethic.f.
Handle transactions quickly and professionally.g.
Effectively handle customer questions and problems.Operations/Accounting:a.
