* Direct assignments of Pit personnel.

* Oversee the tables to ensure accuracy and ensure compliance with all rules and regulations.

* Responsible for opening and closing gaming tables.

* Issues playing cards and dice and reviews them for any irregularities.

* Maintain proper table inventories through fills and credits.

* Train and counsel Pit personnel.

* Develops staff, conducts interviews, recommends hires, trains, disciplines, and evaluates staff in compliance with all HR policies.

Must be at least 21 years of age and be able to obtain a Kansas Racing & Gaming Commission License.
