Pioneer Wall Systems is a growing commercial/residential construction company looking for part time to full time book keeper/office manager.
We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper that is proficient in QuickBooks desktop.
This position is very flexible with hours and has a potential to work from home.
Looking for a candidate with a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting to implement systems that would be willing to jump in and help with some office manager/administrative assistant work as well.
Responsibilities:
Processing Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Prepare payroll reports from field staff
Process Workers Comp Audits
Post general ledger account activity
Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan statements.
Cash Flow Updates
Weekly Check Run
Month End Close
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00
– $27.00 per hour
