One of the top General Contractors in Colorado is looking for a top-notch Project Estimator/Manager.
This candidate needs to have at least 5 years experience in Project Management working for a General Contractor.
The projects will range in size from 5-30 million.
Projects include senior living, healthcare, k-12 schools and multi-family as well.
Wood frame experience a plus.
We are looking not only for a PM in Denver but also in Ft.
Collins and the Western Slope areas of Colorado as well.
