This position directly manages system technology projects and operational best practices and must have a holistic understanding of the impact on others within the organization.
The Strategic Services Project Coordinator manages multiple projects that occur at the same time and will deliver platform scalability and business continuity.
Our team collaborates across a matrixed organization to deliver business value through centralizing services and business processes.
Essential Job Functions:Supports large-scale, complex projects often involving multiple internal and external partners.Tracks project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan.Accountable for planning, orchestrating, and delivering a given strategic initiative including systems, business, operational, and information technology deliverables.Ensure the team members have a clear understanding of each project.In conjunction with Strategic Service Project Manager, develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.Work with other business groups and establish or improve management systems required to provide long-term stability, removing avoidable business risks, and supporting the growth of the property management platformEvaluates, recommends, and delivers business process improvements and enhancements, including creating documentation from concept through implementation.Participates in the analysis, testing and deployment of application enhancements and implementations.Other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications/Skills:Associates degree in computer science or related fieldMinimum 2-4 years’ experience in a technical support or project coordinator roleExperience with change management/transformation initiatives, to include process and systems improvementProficient in Yardi Systems implementationsDemonstrated troubleshooting, problem-solving and training skillsAbility to work with clients remotely with or without remote assistance softwareEffective oral and written communication skillsAbility to work with a diverse group of people in a collaborative environmentAbility to handle multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environmentFamiliar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and proceduresDesired Qualifications/Skills:Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fieldExperience in multifamily property management or related asset class such as student or single family preferredKnowledge of Entrata System productsFamiliar with Office 365 appsWork Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, or as needed to meet business needs.Physical Requirements/Environment: The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.This job generally operates in a professional office environment, but may also occasionally operate in an outdoor environment.
