For this role, we’re recruiting for a Benefits Program Manager.

The Program Manager will be responsible for the administration of global benefits programs.

The ideal candidate has a broad benefits background with strong expertise administering company health and welfare plans, while demonstrating success managing multiple vendor partnerships.

This role will provide for the US health and welfare programs, and deliver effective communications, best in class administration/operational excellence while ensuring programs are compliant.

Reporting to the Director, Americas Benefits, this role is a thought partner within the overall team, sharing subject matter expertise, while managing administrative and operational tasks and project management.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the daily administration of the US Benefit programs, ranging from new hire onboarding to employee off-boarding.
  • Manage outsourced Benefits Administration platform, expatriate health insurance, dental, vision, employee discounts, and expert medical opinion programs
  • Manage benefit operations for Canada programs
  • Create and maintain program documentation
  • Create and manage benefit plan purchase orders and invoicing
  • Create and provide monthly reporting as needed
  • Manage employee benefit plan escalations
  • Audit enrollment data, and update as needed
  • Support Acquisition due diligence and company integrations while delivering an exceptional employee experience
  • Complete audits and plan reconciliations, including surveys and conduct benchmarking analysis to ensure PayPal Benefit programs are aligned with the competitive market
  • Drive change through effective program management, while driving employee engagement and delivering effective Benefit communications.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal contacts such as Payroll, Global Wellness, Employee Experience and Employee Central.
  • Demonstrate an ability to solve complex problems; build relationships across organization boundaries; commitment to quality and continuous improvement; detail oriented; recognized as subject matter expert.
