Crema is currently seeking a an inspirational leader with a commitment to specialty coffee and customer service. A Manager who drives growth through ownership and authenticity.
The Ideal Candidate will:

Have extensive experience and passion in and for specialty coffee.

Have previous experience as a Manager in high quality food service or retail.
- Have a friendly, personable demeanor with a passion for great customer service, and quality-focused mentality.
- Carry themselves professionally, be agile and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Have strong time-management and delegation skills.
- Have the ability to perform various physical tasks during the work shift.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling
- Ordering and inventory management
- Barista shifts
- Have a strong sense of ownership.
- Create a culture that attracts, retains and develops the highest quality Baristas.
- Promote a culture of respect, dignity and integrity.
