POSITION SUMMARY:
Lead the ideation-to-execution of Advanced Analytics solutions across claims lifecycle, to achieve high Return-to-Investment (RoI) on analytics investments.
Manage critical relationship with claims stakeholders, advocating and promoting analytics solutions, ensuring high adoption rates.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage cross-function teams, as a Product Owner, comprising of up to 20 resources from IT, Global Analytics and other vendor partners.
Lead change management, to ensure business adoption of analytics solutions to improve claims outcome and to ensure analytics goals are achieved.
Achieve ROI (Return-on-Investment) from analytics investments, by tracking and monitoring business impact from analytics solutions, and ideate/ execute ideas to further improve impact.
Effectively translate claims analytics business needs to analytics use cases.
Partner with visualization, modeling, IT and other teams to develop and deliver analytics solutions meeting the needs of claims stakeholders.
Lead the engagement and relationship with claims stakeholders to ensure adoption of analytics solutions, while managing user expectations.
Ideate potential analytics solutions and collaborate with senior claims stakeholders to improve claims outcomes.
Be an advocate of analytics solutions and market solutions internally and externally, in addition to contributing to thought wares.
Ensure documentation is thorough, captured appropriately, meets best practices and compliance standards and is easily assessable to the team members.
