OUR EXPECTATIONS – Our World Class Service Managers will need:
- Must have at least 3 years of proven success as a Service Manager
- Must have previous dealership or service repair shop experience
- Driven candidates with vested interest and strong desire to relocate to the DE or MD Eastern Shore
- Intermediate computer proficiency is required;Dealer Track experience a plus
- Top level management skills with an impeccable work ethic and positive attitude
- Motivated to be the best of the best; willing to put in the hours to achieve results through our processes
- Must understand the value of high CSI scores
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, always professional, a team player, passionate, driven
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES including but not limited to:
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Provide a high level of support to the new and used vehicle sales operations by ensuring their service needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure the correct handling of all aspects of the service transaction by thoroughly training and monitoring employees
- Serving as a liaison between service advisors, technicians and customers
- Manage and Hire Service Department employees – technicians and service advisors
- Prioritize required services
- Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction benchmark
