The position of Associate Manager, VELYS Robot Commercial Program Analytics is a great opportunity to join the new DPS Enabling Technologies team that will be play a crucial role in commercializing the VELYS Robot expected to be introduced in Q1 2020 after FDA approval.
This individual will support the Director, Enabling Technology Commercial Strategy & Execution and will be responsible for developing analytical frameworks and deal models for various commercial programs developed to commercialize VELYS Robot and other DPS Digital / Enabling Technologies.
POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead efforts to develop ROI models, risk assessment tools, program growth/shift requirement models in collaboration with Finance and Pricing teams.
Collaborate and support the Senior Manager, VELYS Robot Programs Strategy & Execution in P&L analysis for new deals and get it approved through Finance and other stakeholders.
Provide analytical support for new Enabling Technology programs design and development.
Create and implement sales reporting systems and templates for all capital business as well as by individual sales territories, product segments against BP and sales quotas Collaborate with DPS Data Analytics, finance and other stakeholders to ensure integration and alignment on broader DePuy Synthes performance and sales reporting needs Lead efforts to build systems and tools to track and report all Capital sales and program deal pipeline activity through the Lead Sales Indicators report.
Develop sales/performance forecasts for the Capital equipment business vs BP/sales quotas.
Deliver qualitative performance reports with insights on sales pipeline strength and overall business health and trends.
Interface lead for Finance, DPS Analytics, DPS Commercial Ops, SCG Analytics, Regional Marketing as needed.
Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably a major in Accounting or Finance or other related field.
An MBA or other related degree is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of related experience in business planning, analytics, sales forecasting & reporting, finance and contracting is required.
Capital equipment business experience preferred.
Candidate must possess excellent analytical, conceptual, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Strong financial acumen and knowledge of finance and accounting systems are required.
Candidate must have the ability to work independently, influence decision making, think creatively, challenge the status quo, and work across multiple teams.
Individual must work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements.
Individual must also effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously and could take on leadership roles in various initiatives.
The job can be based out of West Chester, PA; Raynham, MA; Warsaw, IN or Somerville, NJ and may require up to 10% of domestic travel.
